We arrived late at night to this hotel and were initially really unimpressed with the hotel. We thought we’d made a mistake by booking. As it was late we slept on it as not much we could do, but didn’t unpack. There was absolutely no view from our tiny balcony which smelt of urine and water appeared to be pouring into it from above. The bathroom was awful and smelt of drains. The door opened onto the sink so you had to close it every time you wanted to look in the mirror or use the sink. We complained on booking.com messenger and the following morning and asked if we could move rooms. We spoke to a lovely lady called Om who gave us a few options. One of which was a similar room, only a slight improvement and then asked if we’d be happy to go to the other side where there wasn’t a lift. She showed us and amazing top floor suite which we immediately said yes to! It has amazing views over the pool and mountains. It was perfect. We had a problem one morning with the shower head breaking and it was fixed immediately. The pool is really nice but, unfortunately, you can’t use it much as the smell coming in from the ditch next door was overpowering. It smells strongly or sewage. Such a shame really but we can see why not many people use it. The area around the pool, is very run down with lots of tiles missing and a few holes in the ground. It looks like there was a bar area which isn’t in use either. The breakfast was a buffet style. The restaurant is air conditioned and the staff were really nice in there. They offered us tea bags as we are not coffee drinkers but you get the choice of coffee and tea ready made on hot plates. There were eggs available but always seemed to be cold on the buffet. It was never a problem to cook some fresh though. They also had bacon and sausages plus various other things for visitors from other countries. All in all it was well catered for. We liked this hotel and the location was directly across the from the beach.

The staff and the breakfast are absolutely wonderful and the best assets that the hotel has. The staff was very kind and helpful, they even arranged a romantic note on the bed for us, and helped us get a taxi when we needed it. Also, as we were checking out very early in the morning, they packed us breakfast to go. Again, the staff is fantastic! The breakfast is outstanding! They offer very tasty Thai food, and some standards like fried eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh watermelon/fruits, coffee, orange juice, cereal, etc. Location is very convenient as well, just in front of the beach street, with plenty of restaurants and stores around. We loved the shower in our room. It had very good water pressure and that is quite useful when dealing with sand in your body. As a downside, our room had thin walls so we got all the noise from the neighboring room. This detail reduced the comfort level of the facilities in our opinion. Overall, it is a very good option.

Very nice, recently renovated hotel. Don't be put off by older reviews. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. They went beyond and above to make our stay there pleasant. We had to change rooms after the first night due to a noise outside our room. They promptly agreed to change rooms for us and moved all our stuff as well. Breakfast is good Location is good. Just a 10 mins walk from the main centre of Ao Nang but that means that is a quiet place which we appreciated. It is also just 50m away from the departure point for boats going to local beaches. Just 10 mins away from the night market.

First of all, the people who work at this hotel are the KINDEST AND NICEST people I have encountered so far on my trip! They always greeted me with big smiles, asking how my day went and if I needed anything. 100% the best staff possible! Location was also EXCELLENT! You have everything you need right around you, plenty to do but without feeling overwhelmed like on the other side of Ao Nang. The beach is literally across the street where you can swim and catch the sunset, and there is a night market 5 minutes away in both directions! I even extended my trip by one night!

Immaculate New Modern/Refurbished Hotel. Good value. Good WIFI. Getting Free upgrade to a Large Quiet Room 2nd floor overlooking pool area. Excellent swift service by all staff. Bed felt too hard, so they put extra toppers on. Nothing was any trouble. Our comfort was their top priority. Location is perfect across from the beach area, and it was central to all restaurants, bars, and markets. Breakfast was adequate.. Even had streaky bacon. Small pool ideal for cooling off. Good for transport options.
